Example Problem:

You are 45, and have been working in your company for 20 years. Your company hires a new manager who is 28. She has a lot of ideas, and wants to radically change many things about your department and job. You feel uncomfortable with this. What do you do?

A: Follow her lead. She’s your manager, and she was hired for a good reason. You may not be comfortable, but you are open to change.

B: Try to change her mind. You have a lot more experience than her, and think it’s better to take things slowly and change over time.

This presentation includes:

  • 4 opening discussion questions
  • 8 problems
  • 20 options in total
  • 4 extended discussion questions
